The client’s proprietary AI models required highly specialized, cutting-edge edge-computing camera hardware capable of running intensive computer vision algorithms natively on the device.
The requirement was deeply technical, demanding precise sensor optics, fast frame rates, and advanced onboard processing chipsets that could withstand harsh outdoor stadium environments. The client had the software down, but they lacked the hardware supply chain.
Finding an overseas manufacturer capable of producing this caliber of advanced electronics was a massive hurdle. Most factory brokers only know standard consumer electronics; they lack the deep-tech literacy to vet a manufacturer's capability for advanced AI hardware, let alone navigate the strict Indian regulatory frameworks (BIS and WPC wireless approvals) required to legally import advanced telemetry devices.
